Delete your Tasky account
You can delete your account at any time, directly in the app or by email.
Delete in the app
- Open Tasky and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to "Support & legal" and tap "Delete account".
- Confirm twice. Your account is deleted and you're signed out.

Can't sign in? Send a request from your account's email address to support@taskyapp.co.il.
What is deleted and what is kept
- Deleted: your name, phone, photos, addresses, provider payout details, ID-verification documents and the images you uploaded.
- Kept anonymously: payment and accounting records, and records of any open dispute, for the period the law requires. They're no longer linked to your identifying details.
- An account can't be deleted while a booking is active or a payment is still held. Finish or cancel those first.
